    How to Order Custom Dress?

    1. Choose custom size or standard size, then add it to cart, it will show you a note list 
    2. Give us your custom measurement, color and other requests in the note list, then we will confirm with you again when we receive your order. 
    If you need do custom size, please check our measuring guide and leave below measurements in the note list:
    bust______ cm/inch
    waist______cm/inch
    hip:_______cm/inch
    butt:_______cm/inch (need for mermaid style)
    shoulder to shoulder :_______cm/inch (measure from the back)
    shoulder to bust :_______cm/inch(measured from middle shoulder to nipple)
    shoulder to waist :_______cm/inch(measured from middle shoulder to natural waist)
    shoulder to hem with shoes:_______cm/inch( measure from the front of the body and past the nipple to the end of the dress, please include your shoes on, please see attached picture)
    nipple to nipple:_______cm/inch
    armhole:_______cm/inch(a circle around the top shoulder)
    biceps:_______cm/inch (need for dress which has sleeve)
    sleeve length:_______cm/inch(from the top shoulder to where you like)(need for dress which has sleeve)
    neck circumference:_______cm/inch (need for high neck or halter style)

    If you can't make sure color, it's better order fabric swatch first, usually you can get the fabric swatch within a week.

    How to order several dresses at a time?

    It's easy to order several dresses at a time, 
    Just choose custom size or standard size, then add it to cart, then give us all the information in the note list, for example:
    Dress A 
    Bridesmaid name:

    How to Order Fabric Swatch

    If you can't make sure color, it's better order fabric swatch first.
    Please leave style number and color name in the note list, we will confirm with you again when we receive your order. If you are not sure which material you need, please email us freely.  
    Delivery time is around a week.



    How long will it take to receive my order?

    Rush order: within 20 days or earlier, please chose rush shipping when ordering, this cost is paid for prior shipping and sewers who would like to work extra time to finish this dress. 
    Normal time: Within 30 days (From May to Dec) 
    Around 35 days (From Jan to April), it's busy season together with spring festival holiday, so produce time will be long.


    Payment policy

    We accept payment by Paypal, Credit Card, western union, money gram, bank transfer and so on. 
    If your credit card was refused, please use following way, 
    You can choose payment by credit card Through PayPal even if you don't have Paypal account, please see following 
    Choose PayPal as your payment method and click Check out with PayPal. 
    Once You're Redirected to Paypal 
    1) Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select the option to pay with a debit or credit 
    card. 
    2) You'll then be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information. 
    3) You'll also be asked whether you want to save your information with PayPal. Uncheck the box if you don't 
    want to. You'll still need to enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt. 
    4) Click Continue to return to Checkout to review and submit your final order. 
    Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit Order . 
    Note: PayPal places restrictions on how often you can use their Guest Checkout feature.

    What is this store's return and exchange policy? 

    All dresses made by hand work, although we can’t be careful, there might be some small problems which we can’t be totally avoided, but take it easy, if there are our problems to make dresses wrong size, color, style, you will get full payment back! 
    We will accept returns if there are quality problems, wrong delivery time, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us, but we offer free alternation. 
    We Don't accept return if there are no problems with dress!!! 
    For custom order(except picture color and standard size, all the custom size, custom color or any special request are custom orders), sorry we can't accept returning, please note this policy, because even they returned, we can't sell them again in the future. 
    Please see following for the list of quality issues that are fully refundable for: 
    Wrong Size, Wrong Color, Wrong style, Damaged dress Which made by US- 100% Refund or remake one or return 50% payment to you, you keep the dress. 
    In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide: 
    1. Email us within 2 days after you receive goods 
    2. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and color etc. 
    3. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted. 
    4. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued. 
    5. If you prefer to exchange dresses, then a price difference will be charged if more expensive. 
    6. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress. 
    7. When you return the package to us, please pay attention to the following points, if not, customers should pay for the duty: 
    we put all of our energy and mind into each dress, each of our dress are full of love, our long experience and skilled craftsmanship keep less return rate till now, but if there are our problems, we could return all your payment. 
    We will try to avoid mistake, we know each dress is so important for each girl, since all dresses made by handwork, there might be mistake, but if it is our problems, we will pay all the loss.


    Shipping Policy

    Shiping by Fedex, DHL, UPS and so on. 
    Rush order: within 20 days or even earlier, please choose rush shipping when ordering.
    Normal time: within 30 days (From May to Dec)
    Around 30-35 days (From Jan to April), it's busy season, so produce time will be a little long.


    Cancellation Policy

    1, unpaid order: could be cancelled within 2-3 days. 
    2, paid less than 3 days, 50% cost of dress and shipping cost could be returned, 
    3, paid at 3-20 days, 30% cost of dress and shipping cost could be returned. 
    4, dress has sent, can't return the payment to you.


    International taxes

    Most buyers from Unite States no need to pay customs taxes, But buyers from other countries need to pay taxes, but general speaking, we just wrote less price on the invoice, then you pay less customs taxes. 
    Please take note that it's express collection charges for customs tax, it's not shipping cost, all shipping cost has been paid by us already. 
    Because of taxes, if customers refuse to receive them, we can't send full payment back, it will also cause us extra taxes again if goods returned.


    Can We Get a discount if We order several dresses at a time?

    Since most brides order 4-12 pieces of bridesmaids dresses at a time, so we have already offered wholesale price. 
    We don't charge extra cost to do custom size and color here. 
    Further more if you order several dresses at a time, shipping cost from second one to last one will be half charged.


    How Can you make sure dress will be fit well?

    Our dresses run true to our size chart, if dresses are standard size, we will put them into dummy to check before sending, only dresses fit dummy well, then we can send them well. 
    For custom size dresses, each dresses will be checked at least 4 times by 4 different workers before sending, we can control error less than 0.5''. 
    Don't worry about measurement, there are seam allowance in both side of dresses, it could be 3'' taken in or out if measurement is not accurate. 
    There are no extra cost to do custom size and color here.


    How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

    The store checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, store has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

    It's US dollars.

     

    Can you make dresses according to our design or sketch?

    Yes, please send photos or sketch to our email: chicsew@outlook.com, then I will tell you whether we can do it or not.

     

    Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do, shipping worldwide!
