Evelyn is a college student who has attracted a large following on social media by sharing unique bridesmaid dress pairing inspirations. One of her fans is the chief editor, Mia, who invited Evelyn to join Chicsew to help bridesmaids with their outfit dilemmas.

ChicSew strives to provide high-quality products in the bridesmaid dress industry.

SHIPPING POLICY

Standard order delivery: Approximately 20–30 calendar days worldwide from the date your order is confirmed.

Rush order delivery: Approximately 14 ± 5 calendar days worldwide, or sooner, from the date your order is confirmed. Some styles may require up to 20 calendar days. Please contact us to confirm availability.

Order processing: Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping costs are based on your order total, destination, and selected shipping method.

We will contact you if we have any questions about your order. Please check your email regularly.

All dresses are shipped folded.

Your items will usually be shipped via DHL or UPS and delivered within 3–8 business days, and no later than two weeks after shipment. If you prefer a different shipping method, please leave a note with your order or email us.

Note:

The total delivery timeframe includes both production time and shipping time.
Please provide a complete street address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO). If you provide one, we may need to use EMS, which can take one to two months or longer.
You do not need to worry about customs duties. We prepay duties whenever possible, so you normally will not need to pay anything on your end. In the rare event that you are asked to pay customs fees, please send us the invoice and we will reimburse you for the amount on the same day.
We will provide tracking information once your tracking number is uploaded. Please monitor the tracking status until your package is delivered.
If your package arrives damaged, please do not open it. Contact the shipping carrier immediately and send us photos and details of the damage. We will also report the issue to the carrier.
Please report a lost package to us within 30 calendar days of the shipping date for DHL, UPS, and other carriers, or within 21 calendar days for FedEx. Claims submitted after these deadlines may be rejected by the carrier.
If you choose DHL Express On Demand Delivery (ODD) or UPS My Choice Release, you accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the package, as well as any loss or damage the package causes to third parties, after it has been released according to your instructions or under the carrier's authorized-release service. In these cases, the carrier may refuse to compensate you for a lost package.
We may be able to change your shipping address before your package is dispatched. After dispatch, we cannot guarantee that an address change will be successful. The carrier may charge us $13–$160 per package whether or not the change succeeds, and those costs will be your responsibility. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. Once a package has been delivered, its address cannot be changed.

PRODUCTION TIME

We will process your order within 24 hours and notify our tailors to begin making your dress. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. Cancellations made after 24 hours may be subject to a fee because the fabric may already have been cut. For details, please refer to our return and cancellation policy.

Production times generally depend on the complexity of the dress:

Wedding dresses: 3–5 weeks
Bridesmaid dresses: 2–4 weeks
Prom dresses: 2–4 weeks
Mother-of-the-bride dresses: 2–4 weeks

Accessories and swatches depend on inventory and may ship within 24 hours when in stock.

Once you understand the information above, you will have a better idea of how long it may take to receive your dress. We recommend adding a note or emailing us with the date you need your dress when placing your order. This allows us to plan production and help you receive your dress as soon as possible.

Once your order has shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. If you need to change your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can help you contact the shipping carrier, but any resulting fees will be your responsibility. We will provide the tracking number after shipment so you can track your order on the carrier's official website.

RUSH ORDERS

Rush service is available for select styles. Rush production and delivery generally take approximately 14 ± 5 calendar days, although some styles may require up to 20 calendar days. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability. Rush service costs an additional $10.00–$45.00 compared with a standard order. Ordering early gives us more time to make your dress carefully and helps ensure it arrives when you need it.

Note:

If you request an address change while your order is in transit, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

IF YOUR ORDER IS DELAYED

We are very sorry if your order is delayed. If the delay is caused by us, you may return the dress for a refund, or you may keep the dress and receive a 15% discount.

We will deliver your order within the confirmed timeframe whenever possible and upload the tracking number as soon as the package ships. You will then be able to monitor the tracking status.

lf the difference between your actual measurements and the standard size is less than 1 inch, the dress will fit well. Otherwise. It’s advisable to choose a custom size.
lf you have a larger belly, please provide us with the measurement of your waistline as well.

BUST

Wear the bra you will be wearing with the dress,and pull the tape across the fullest part of the bust.

WAIST

Pull tape across the narrowest part (about 1'' above your belly button) and keep tape slightly loose to allow for beathing room. but if you have big belly, please give us measurements of belly in the note too.

HIP

Stand straight and pull tape across the widest part of the hips and rear, if butt is bigger than hip, please give us butt too.

Hollow to Hem

Stand up straight and measure from the the center of the collarbone,down to where the hem of the dress should hit(excluding any train).
