★Should I choose standard size or custom size?
Our dresses are available in sizes 0-30. For the best fit, make sure the difference between your bust, waist, hip, and hollow-to-floor measurements (with shoes on) is no more than 1 inch from the standard size. If the difference is larger, we recommend choosing a custom size.
For hip measurements, measure the widest part. If your butt is larger than your hips, please include your butt measurement as well. There’s no extra charge for custom sizing—just enter your measurements on custom size chart, and we will confirm them with you.
Important Note for Plus Sizes (US14+):
For dresses in plus sizes, the ruching and draping may not look exactly as shown due to the longer pleating. If your measurements are inaccurate, this difference will be more noticeable. Please ensure your measurements are as accurate as possible to get the best fit. -
★I chose 1-2 size up, why does my dress still not fit well
For the best fit, your bust, waist, hip, and hollow-to-floor measurements (with shoes on) should not differ by more than 1 inch from the standard size. Simply choosing a larger size won’t guarantee a good fit. For example, if your bust is 1 inch larger but your waist is 4 inches larger, the dress won’t fit properly.
If the difference in measurements is greater than 1 inch, please select a custom size. If the difference is less than 1 inch, then the standard size will work best. -
★What do I do if the custom dress can't fit well
Each dress is checked by 4 different seamstresses to ensure the fit is accurate, we can make sure the error is less than 1 inch. So please make sure your measurements are correct before placing your order, the custom dresses are final sale and are not refundable.If the dress doesn’t fit as expected, there are 3 options:
1), Have it altered at a local shop, and we’ll offer a partial refund based on our adjustment reimbursement policy.
2), Send it back for alterations. We offer free alteration services for all customers. Just contact us for help.
3), Get 20% discount to reorder a new dress with your right measurements, just order it as normal order, we will rush it free for you, delivery time is around 4-10 natural days. -
★What do I do if this standard size dress can't fit well?
For standard size dresses, we will fit them on the corresponding size mannequin before shipping to ensure they are true to size, we can share you photos of your dress if you need. If the dress doesn’t fit as expected, you have 4 options:
1), Have it altered at a local shop, and we’ll offer a partial refund based on our adjustment reimbursement policy.
2), Send it back for free alterations. Just contact us for assistance.
3), Return it for a refund for dresses size between US0-US14, (for dreses size over US14, they are not refundable). Please note there is 10% restocking fee, shipping cost has been used and non-refundable.
4), Get 20% discount to reorder a new dress with your right measurements, just order it as normal order, we will rush it free for you, delivery time is around 4-10 natural days. -
★Why are dresses sized over US14 not refundable?
Based on our 13 years of experience, we’ve found that the return rate for plus size dresses, especially mermaid styles, is very high—over 70%. This is because plus size customers often have unique body shapes (larger waist, hips, or butt) that standard sizes can't accommodate, leading to returns and reorders for custom dresses. This not only wastes time but also costs extra money for shipping, and with wedding dates being fixed, delays can cause major issues.
To reduce returns and save you time and money, we strongly recommend ordering a custom size instead of a standard plus size dress, especially if your measurements differ from the standard size by more than 1 inch.
