I have to say, I was a bit nervous about going through with this purchase because I had to order a size 16 and they don't give refunds on plus sizes. I chose this dress as a wedding dress for myself because of the train. I literly couldn't not believe how amazing it looks on me. It fit me like a glove. In all fairness I don't have the tummy bump because I had a tuck done but a couple of my measuresments were slightly bigger then this standard 16 dress size. I did not to the custom but instead felt I could lose a little... fingers crossed. It can't say how happy I am in this dress. Every thing about it is me. Thanks so much

Since it's mermaid style, so only error less than 1'' between your real measurements and standard size, then dress can fit well otherwise it's better custom size.
For each standard size dress, we need to put it into corresponding size mannequin to check before sending, only dress fit mannequin well, then we can send it out, that's they reason why we can make sure dress run true to size.

I'm not the typical person who write reviews on items I purchased, but this dress definitely deserve a review. The picture does not do it any justice. I was the Maid of Honor to my best friend wedding. When I first ordered the dress I did not followed the size chart so when I received the dress it was too small. I contacted the company by email and they response very quickly on how to return the dress. I reordered the dress, this time I bought a measurement tape and followed the size chart, oh boy oh boy, when I received the dress it fits like a glove. I received my dress one day before the wedding. The whole team was beyond amazing working As fast as they could and responded to my email very quickly everytime I emailed them. I looked stunning, everyone commented how beautiful the dress look, everyone asked where did I get the dress. I'm 5'3, 150 lbs, 34DDD cup size, usually size 6 in US size dress. Wear the bra you will be wearing with the dress,and pull the tape across the fullest part of the bust.
WAIST
Pull tape across the narrowest part (about 1'' above your belly button) and keep tape slightly loose to allow for beathing room. but if you have big belly, please give us measurements of belly in the note too.
HIP
Stand straight and pull tape across the widest part of the hips and rear, if butt is bigger than hip, please give us butt too.
Hollow to Hem
Stand up straight and measure from the the center of the collarbone,down to where the hem of the dress should hit(excluding any train).
Note: To make sure you are ordering the perfect size, please do check our size chart before ordering. Please note: only error between your real measurements of all parts and standard size less than 1'', then dresses can fit well otherwise it's better choose custom size.
Please don't wear tights or other clothing when you measure your selves, that would get your measurements even more bigger, as you will not wear clothing inside when you wear the dress.
